Ready, Set, Supervise!

Ready, Set, Supervise! Find Success in your Jobs!

This  is the second book in this series. The first book, entitled Ready Set,  Work! is primer for those individuals who are either just  starting  their careers or have been away from work for a while and need  a  refresher about how to keep that job once they have it. One of the   primary goals of Ready Set Work! was to enhance the employee’s   perspective towards supervision with the hope that seeing the world   through the eyes of the supervisor might bring greater understanding of   the role and responsibility that supervisors have. Our goal with  Ready,  Set, Supervise! is to bring that same level of understanding to  supervisors  as they gain perspective on how employees often view the  work  environment and their supervisor. Ultimately, this greater   understanding will result in greater teamwork, greater accomplishments,   and greater job satisfaction for everyone.
